Welcome John Modaff to Dolan & Murphy, Inc!

We're excited to announce that John Modaff has joined Dolan & Murphy, Inc. as a licensed real estate broker!

John Modaff is a graduate of Oswego High School. He graduated from Aurora University in 1995, where he played football.

For 17 years, John owned and operated a successful finance company in Aurora before selling his interest in the business in 2024.

In March 2025, Modaff earned his Illinois Broker’s License and joined Dolan and Murphy, Inc., where he is excited to bring his extensive experience and dedication to helping clients achieve their real estate goals.

Outside of work, he is deeply committed to giving back to both the Oswego and Aurora communities. He volunteers as a coach for the Oswego Youth Tackle Football and the Oswego Wrestling Club, where he enjoys helping young athletes grow and succeed both on and off the field.

John has been happily married since 2006 and is a proud parent of three wonderful children.
